Oh! I am so sorry!

What means culture and creative industries?!

Culture industries could be argued as everything refers to industrial value with it broad conception nature. It may, plainly speaking, contains so-called traditional arts sector and the modern sectors, which refer to technological reproduction and those aimed at a mass market. The later sectors, in my opinion, within the scope of ‘creative industries’, could even lead to sorts of potential conflicts between the traditional one due to the ‘value’ and ‘industry’ definition and scope themselves.

Thus, I wonder if the draft of culture and creative industries development act which is currently under reviewing in Taiwan will be sufficiently fulfill its policy purpose with its conflict nature.

Does the act described above include this? I wonder…
